3 Bedroom House with Security, Parking and View

My beach cottage is waiting for you to just relax and enjoy the ambiance of old Florida. Completely renovated and beautifully decorated with a retro Florida and beach feel. The entire home has large porcelain floor tile, for ease of sand clean-up and to accommodate any pets. Many throw rugs have been added for your comfort. Large Master bathroom features a large glass shower enclosure and Bombay chest vanity. Full separate Laundry room off the master bath under air. Romantic master bedroom with luxurious linens on a queen iron bed beside french doors that leads to a Paver patio with pergola in a privately fenced yard. Both bedrooms have a mounted flat screen cable TV. The second bedroom also has a queen iron bed with beachy colors and white beadboard walls, with a larger closet to store your things. The hallway bathroom features a pottery barn look with white subway tile, tub and shower and all new vanity, cubbies with baskets, fresh fluffy towels. Large mosaic mirror with lighting in hallway for additional vanity room. Lots of wall hooks for drying damp towels and swim suits. The dining/den area has an exterior door that leads to the side &/or back patio. This room also has a large buffet unit that was custom built to become a twin size Murphy bed. A clock radio with CD player and a small hutch for holding card games and beverage mixers is available. A bar height table and chairs (seats 2-4) are also in this room. The living room has a queen size pull out sofa and also has a large flat screen HDTV and DVD player. We also have books and DVDs available in the living room area for an occasional rainy day. The kitchen is all new with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and a Kuerig coffee maker. Large breakfast bar that seats four. WIFI is available for your laptop or smart phone and an alarm system has been installed on the property.

Summary: We had a wonderful month-long stay at Tim's beach bungalow in Ormond-by-the-Sea. The location couldn't be better, with the ocean and intercoastal just a short walk away in either direction. The house is small but was well thought out and had everything we needed. The fenced in backyard was a huge plus for our pup. The neighbors are very friendly. We loved visiting Surfin' Scoops ice cream and the dog park just down the road in the evenings. We would love to come back again next summer!
